Smart Value Pest Control

I am very dissatisfied with this company and the service I have received. I initially scheduled a treatment August 2025 for ants. I was informed that they recommend treatment every three to four months which would put us into October. I agreed to the additional treatment in October and scheduled it via email. I had no issues with scheduling the initial treatment and was able to get the treatment without having to be present. The ants slowly started to dissipate and we suddenly back with a vengeance three weeks later. I reached out and requested an additional treatment. I was informed the treatment would be complimentary since it was not yet time for the next scheduled treatment. I was informed they would back out that Friday. The people at smart value pest control are amazing, they're fast efficient and the thorough job they do is genuinely amazing. They have super friendly staff and they make sure your needs and concerns are always met and addressed. Not to mention they have the best pricing I've seen for lawn care and pest control. Truly an amazing group of people I'm beyond ecstatic with how it's been going and and looking forward to our next service date!

Very good and very thorough. The guys who sprayed my house were friendly and did a good job. And my pets are safe and havent even tried to sniff at the spots they sprayed and i am looking forward to the results! **It's been 2 days and I already see amazing results! So glad I chose them to do my yard.

I have been a customer of smart value pest-control for more than 2 years, and I am incredibly happy with their service and Customer Service. They provide a quality product, and the attention to detail and also response to customers has been Superior and the best I have received. I recently had a problem with mice in my home, and Greg promptly came to my home within two days and thoroughly laid down traps and bait, I have not had any problems since.
