I live in California, but I'm managing my deceased parents' house in Centreville, which is difficult enough already, so you can imagine how thrilled I was when I learned that the Centreville house needed a new roof before we can sell it. However, the person responsible for showing us samples and helping us finalize our choices forgot to hand in a vital document, which caused confusion and delays in scheduling the installation date. He did a great job of explaining things and worked very closely with my insurance company to make sure everything was processed properly. If I had any questions I could ask him and he explained everything. He even stopped by during the work to see how everything was going. SmartRoof got our insurance company to cover the hail damage to our 19 year old roof when other companies failed to deliver. Every aspect of the job was well planned out and we felt very comfortable having them lead the way. The job was completed in time and looks great. No damage to my screens, bushes, or exterior. Out of the possible 30,000 nails that come off an old roof, I found only 2 around my yard. The workmanship was excellent and I appreciate the care they took to clean up. Our onsite supervisor, Jairo was excellent and kept me informed. David, who did the initial inspection was top notch and documented damage missed by the insurance inspector ensuring the maximum payout from the insurance company. Great experience! The Smart Roof team, especially Eamon, was responsive, informative, and did great work. They performed a full roof replacement, replaced gutters and attic insulation, and worked closely with my insurance to ensure as much of the work as possible would be covered.
