*FAULTY WORK-- LEFT HOME IN PIECES* Contractor had them install new AC/Heater and pump in newly built home in November 2024. So many issues: 1) installed without checking the line 2) Huge radon leak which caused our first electric bill to be over $1,000. 3) When they came out to test and find the air in the line- dragged mud all over new carpet from their boots 4) Dec 6th- found leak (promised to fix bc it was not installed correctly) and cut huge holes in drywall. Owner did apologize for inconvenience and guaranteed everything would look like new when they were finished. Screwed back in old drywall and left. Promised to return to finish the next day. 5) Tech "on their way" but no showed to finish. Contacted without a response. 6) Contacted 2 more times without a response. Finally res

We got a furnace and air conditioner installed 5 years ago paid cash. Spire had to come out and fix a gas leak same night they installed it. They called us with promise to come out inspect it yeah that never happened and when our furnace broke down 1 week ago we called it's under warranty and they said they don't have any records of us and when we said we have receipt with warranty they said nothing and refused to come out and hung up on us. Now we are having to pay full price to get it serviced. Bad management bad company. They don't honor warranties. Rude people. There are better companies out there . Do not use these people.

I absolutely love all the people at this company!!! They will go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best service possible! Melissa Hughes is the greatest and I appreciate her so much!!!

Always such a wonderful pleasure to have them come in and do any kind of work. Always on time and sufficient.

I called and left a few messages. When I did finally talk to a person I was told that they had retired. They were fairly nice about it, though.
