My husband and I are so pleased with the service, professionalism, & attentiveness with Smith pool. Josh was professional and responded timely with any concerns I or my husband had. Tim was very knowledgeable about the pools and professional. The young man that came and did our plumbing & pool school was very nice and answered all our questions and concerns. Everyone was very patient and professionalism was top tier. Excited to enjoy our 30ft round Kamika Saltwater pool.

Smith Pools provided great service from sales to complete install. They provided great guidance in selecting the best option for our budget and family. During install the team communicated well and was efficient getting installed in the matter of 3 hours. When the PVC pipe install was to happen they came out the day we were ready and went over all great details on how to care for the pool and answered all our questions. The store team provided great guidance on water balance. Would highly recommend.

I have been to almost every pool store in DeSoto County and this one is by far hands down the best!! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They always know exactly what my pool needs for each given situation. I drive by three different pool stores when I leave my house and pass them all to come here!!

Tim and his wife are the best. Everytime I go to the Southaven store, Tim is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about our pool. If I need something, I tell him Tim what is going on, he explains things thoroughly and makes sure I know and have everything I need. No second trips, Tim gets it right every time.
