We’ve been living in our new construction home for about 9 months dealing with intermittent sewage smells that no one could properly diagnose. Sometimes it happened after heavy rainfall; other times it was tied to our primary bathroom toilet gargling and not flushing unless we flushed another toilet in the house—always followed by a sewage smell.
