Smith's Floor Store

All aspects of our experience with Smith’s Floor Store was positive. Initially, we planned to replace all carpet with LVP in my mother-in-law’s house. James suggested installing carpet in the two spare bedrooms which would be about $1K less or having the existing carpet cleaned and then deciding what to do depending on the outcome. We had the carpets cleaned by Markley Floor Restore, recommended by Smith’s, and the carpets looked great, so we left them in place; a savings of over $2K had we replaced with LVP. The installers did a good job. We received a refund in a prompt manner for materials we planned to use, but were not used during the installation.

Very professional in all aspects of our transaction, from the appointment to pick our flooring to the day it was installed. I highly recommend using Smith’s Floor Store for all your flooring needs. I have plans to work on our bathrooms next and they will be our first call for showers, fixtures, and flooring. Thank you

Had them patch a 3X3 piece of sheet rock texture it then paint it, $500.00 I paid them texture does not match an paint does not match. I found a can we used ask him if he would go back an repaint since it was the wrong color. His response I'll do it for another $150.00 really what kind of service is this could not believe this guy beware of this company steer clear charges to much does a crappy job.

Not the best overall experience. Would not recommend. We had carpet and LVP installed, spent almost $5k. They did not clean up the carpet fibers after install, no big deal, I guess, just surprising. They're OK up to install but customer service is subpar if you have issues after. Plot twist- issues were had 4 months after install. No resolutions or sympathy offered, only "not our fault". Well, they did offer to sell us more product. No thanks.

To the guy answering the phone just now. You just wouldn't listen to me on the phone I had a huge job for you and you kept talking over me, wouldn't listen to my needs and wanted me to come into the store to look at swatches instead of coming here looking at the job and measuring to see what was needed in my home. I will now go onto the next place.
