Smith's Heating & Air conditioning LLC

I called them at 7:48am when I arrived at my work place to have them look at the a/c unit that stopped working. They gave me an ETA of noon-2:00pm. I called them at 2:42 to see when they were coming. The woman told me they had already been to my location & someone told the serviceman that the A/C was working. I told them that wasnt possible, Ive been here and we have cameras. No one came here. She then tells me they can be here TOMORROW between NOON-4:00. Not going to work. Won't use again!
