Mr. Dusty and his team are not only knowledgeable, but also kind beyond compare. When I contacted him, he immediately answered and got me scheduled on his books. He kept me updated on exactly what time he would be arriving and even gave me notice before he came. He worked extremely fast to solve my issue. I cannot express how thankful I am to Mr. Dusty. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone. You cannot go wrong with these guys.

Dusty was so punctual in getting us the estimate and the equipment to replace our heating and A/C unit. He and his crew were all so efficient and polite. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. And did it a very timely manner. You can’t go wrong using Dusty Smith for all you heating and cooling needs!!

We have had the help of Dusty and his team on more than one occasion and they are wonderful. He has fixed an AC issue a while back that resolved the issue for the long term and just recently fixed a heating issues in a new location. What I like is that these guys are friendly and they come out right away. With my heating issue they came out within the hour! This is an AC repair team that you keep in your phone for sure. Great people.

Dusty's crew was amazing. I had been warned by friends that putting new ductwork and vents in the ceiling was extremely messy. These guys proved my friends wrong. They were careful and very neat. The best part was that they cleaned up after themselves so they didn't leave a mess. I am very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend them to everyone.
