BEWARE! I have had the most disrespectful, aggressive, and sexist experience with Jason Leake directly over the last 8+ months. It took him 3-4 months to even look at my roof to give me an estimate. He quoted me $28,000 + tax in Feb 2024, then told me I would need to call in April to schedule a date for May. When I contacted him in April he was rude with me about wanting to schedule a ballpark week so I could plan my travel around the installation. Then he stopped responding to my texts until all of a sudden YESTERDAY (May 20th) it became extremely urgent for him to do it with LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE. When I said I wasn't near my house at the moment (I was visiting my 80 year old mother for the weekend and heading back to MS when he texted me at 7:21am) to give him $15,000 he flippantly
Pricing was competitive with great customer service. Will definitely continue purchasing my metal from Southern Metal Works.
