Smith's Tree Care

Today, 11/12/2025, I had Smith's Tree Care prune two trees on my property in Hampton. The main one was located in my front yard, the other in my back yard. I am a repeat customer and have used them before back in 2019 and 2021. Today, was my 3rd time having them here. Making the appointment with Smith's Tree Care was very easy and the office staff that handled my call was very friendly and accommodating. The two workers who came today were Steve and Sam. My appointment was schedule for a time frame of between 8 to 9AM. They were at my house right around 8AM. That was nice that they were prompt. Smiths Tree Care did a fantastic job. Fairly priced, quick service, and the office staff is very responsive and quick to assist. Great experience and would recommend them to anybody in the area.

I called four different companies and Smith's was the only one to answer the phone and give me a next day quote. Dina in the office did a great job getting me scheduled and was prompt with her emails. The crew came out and made short work of my giant pine! The stump grinding crew came back at a later time and did a great job too. Very satisfied with the whole process and would certainly hire them again.

First crew did a good job cutting down the trees, second crew who came to grind down the stumps did not do so well. They hit a sewage line during the process and it's been a pain in the butt getting a response or some help to rectify the situation .

Smith's did a fantastic job. Even our neighbors complimented their professionalism and the way they left the area so clean. We were thrilled with the work. This is the second time we have hired this company and would certainly hire them again. Fully recommend them!
