This team is excellent! It’s clear they know their craft and give great service. I had a small job I needed done this week and if they can fit me in between other work, please let me know. They did that. You’all put on a clinic for customer service every time. Thank you.

Technician was nice and fixed the issue but we’d never use this company again for a few reasons. Tech was here for exactly 33 minutes. Company tried to bill for 1.5 hours. They adjusted the invoice reluctantly but gave the vibe that they don’t believe me (I have footage on my Ring camera). They also won’t let you pay day of service. In the year 2023, who wants to wait weeks for a bill in the mail. Waste of time/materials for the company to bill people by mail. They also don’t accept American Express. Company needs to evolve.

This was a terrific experience. The salesman was very helpful, and we got everything accomplished through email. He answered every question and had suggestions as we decided what needed to be done. During the days of the various work, the two-man team did a wonderful job. They were professional, thorough, polite, and answered any and all questions I had. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Smithson Electric to others. We are very happy with the work that was done.

Placed a call on a Friday to make an appointment for tech to come see if my panel needs replacing. Was told my call would be given to "operations." No call back until Monday, after I had already lined up another company for the visit, due to no call back from Smithson. Guy that called me on Monday said "AIGHT" and hung up on me when I said I already made an appointment with someone else. Feel like I dodged a bullet here.

Hands down Smithson Electric is by far the best electrical company I've used for commercial and residential. Prompt, courteous and professional. There is no need to search any farther for an electrician, I highly recommend!!!
