Smithsons

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Smithsons crew for moving services. Every experience has been a pleasant one, these guys go above and beyond to get the job done and show up with a smile every time. I had a last minute pick up and delivery request today for a piece of equipment I’ve been waiting on to be delivered from my work, being the impatient person I am, I asked my team to reach out to Smithsons, they had my request responded to and completed in an impressive timeframe (within an hour). They will always be my first choice and first recommendation. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

They sweep our street in our neighbor hood and purposely went around my driveway and front yard and left the rocks and debris from the snow melting. I sweep a neat clean line between my yard and the street leaving the leafs and rocks in my grass and the rocks and debris on the street got pushed out 12 inches so they did not have to come near my yard. I asked the driver why he did not sweep it up and he said he took a pic and said I pushed it from my yard and driveway into the street. Yet my driveway and yard are still covered in rocks right up to the edge of the street. Took pics and video cause it makes no sense when he can see I just pushed it away from my lot line to make it easier for him and everything is still in my yard and driveway. They have done many jobs for me. An apartment remodel. A Landscape driveway addition, Snow removal. And Also provided trucks and manpower to move my business to another building, 16 truckloads!!!! Also did a demolition on my cabin.

They were supposed to provide quotes for repaving three small parking areas. I was told I'd have a quote by the end of the week. I waited weeks and called multiple times, left 2-3 voicemails. After initially answering calls, they stopped responding. Very unprofessional and costed me weeks of waiting for nothing.

Had a shed moved by SmithSons and am extremely impressed by the surgical precision of their team. It was a very tight corner that was questionable at best and they made short work of it for a good price! Thanks!
