Beware. Man did our well without asking in 2024. We needed it done in an emergency so we didn't protest - but after a year and a half of our well not quite working right, it went out completely this time after some flash floods, and the next person who came to do work noticed that the pump had a hole in it and was from 2022, meaning it was 2 years old and not new when it was installed.
