Smokey's Fireplace & Chimney

We had a crack in the back panel of our fireplace. Kevin was so great and helpful - walking us through the options and pricing. Everything was very clear and transparent going into the job. We moved into our house and upon using the gas fireplace the first time, it wounded like a blowtorch. Called Smokey’s and they came right out to assess the problem. We were able to schedule the repair of the clogged gas lines quickly. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. Communication, professionalism and friendliness were top-notch. Called Smokey’s and got ahold of Kevin. Told him what I needed and said he would check with the warehouse to see if he could pickup on Saturday AM for a Saturday install. He texted me back to confirm Saturday was good. He texted me with his ETA and arrived when promised. Took him 60 to 90 minutes to install and explained the operation to me. He cleaned up when done and hauled off all the boxes and packing. This was excellent customer service and the install was very responsive. I highly recommend this business.

I had some issues with my gas fireplace and the they came out and fixed it with no more issues. The new owners of Smokeys have made right what the previous owners faulted.
