We are thrilled with our new countertops! The communication has been enjoyable and responsive throughout. And the workmanship is truly exceptional, from the curve of the island top, to the invisible seams, to the “flow” of the patterns in the stone. Dreamy. We had two projects completed by Smoky Mountain Cabinetry. We selected a remnant for our bathroom vanity and worked with Zahay to find granite that we loved for our kitchen counters and bar area. Every step of the process went beyond expectations, even with inevitable hiccups. For example, the sinks were ordered were shipped to SMC and one arrived broken. Zahay identified the issue and communicated fast, offering a couple solutions for us to move forward. He kept us in the loop on status and schedules, which was much appreciated. The entire team was focused on meeting our needs and doing excellent work; we were extremely pleased with the process and outcome. Highly recommend!

The cabinet installers were meticulous and they are beautiful. The granite installers not so much. He drilled the hole for the faucet off center ruining the look of that expensive slab. They required full payment before finishing the job; now I know why. They arrived without bringing the faucet . The installer said he forgot to read the order before he left. Then I was asked to drive from home to meet a worker who lived near me to retrieve my faucet. When placing my order I specifically asked who would do the final hook up of the sink and was told if the pieces were all there the installers would do it. They walked away leaving me to fend for myself. Delivering the granite the guys disconnected my front screen door. I had to stop the man from leaving and tell him to put the door back toget

Not my first kitchen design, but certainly the best experience creating an exceptional kitchen. Our job was too difficult for others, but the professionals at Smoky Mountain Cabinetry were top notch from the first measure through finishing. Working within the constraint of full log walls, getting more function out of the same footprint, and bringing our vision of a modern cabin to life, SMC couldn't have done better! We have modern convenience in every cabinet making the most of storage and organization, even in the custom cabinets built to fit the space.
