Moving sucks... But they made it better! Owner was amazing about communicating, and graciously rescheduled without penalty when Uhaul didn't have a truck. The two movers, Ty & Travon were absolutely amazing!!! They were polite and professional. The two of them has moving down to a science working swiftly and efficiently to load & unload the truck. This included playing Tetris with the furniture to fit everything in the elevator. They were careful with all of our fragile items and took excellent care to protect the furniture. These guys made a move that would have taken us all day to only 4hrs (including loading and unloading). Things took a bit longer than planned due to our first Uhaul dying on the side of the road, making us an hour late. They were very patient about it. I can't say e

Joe and his crew certainly made a recent move easy for me. With one email - which Joe returned promptly - from three states away, I was able to get a bedroom of furniture moved from Jax Beach to Savannah at a fair price with zero hassles. I was at neither location at the time of the move, but did hear from the guys when they were an hour away from delivery - and exactly when I thought they would be arriving. On time, on point, on estimate, with little but appropriate communication. Yay. Hope to not need movers again, but if I do, will definitely email Joe - and recommend them as well.

Needed a last minute move on the first of the month during moving season. Joe was amazing, I called him asked to be put on a list and see just what he could do to help me. Within an hour he called me back and my move is covered. I am so thankful at the level of professionalism and kindness. Definitely got me out of a tight spot thank you again. I have been in the transportation industry for 15 years and worked for a lot of local movers so I really do appreciate what joe has done for me.

Cindy and I will recommend you to our friends and try to post a great review on your website, if you do that.. In particular, Cindy was very impressed with Gavin and crew's trustworthiness and honesty, as they found a piece of jewelry under the Master bed and presented it to her, right away, which was really surprising and so appreciated. It was a large cut stone I brought back from Afghanistan in 2011 and was set in a 14 k gold, so irreplaceable. This was so rewarding to see such honesty nowadays and we are thankful, so please share with Gavin, Shawn and Shawn. Best, George & Cindy

Awesome experience using Smooth Moves! Ty and Mike were great. They were cautious with all of our things, and made the entire experience easy. 10/10 would recommend and definitely plan to use in the future!
