It was evident from the time we placed a call to this firm that customer service is high on their priority list. Lorie was incredibly helpful and scheduled an appointment for us the very next day. When Matt arrived, the first thing he did was to put covers on his shoes to protect our floors. He was very polite, assessed our problem quickly, and waited for my husband's approval before proceeding with the necessary repairs. The cost was reasonable as well. Overall, we were impressed from start to finish with Smooth Waters Plumbing and will definitely use their services again when needed. We highly recommend them to others who have need of plumbing assistance.

-Next day service -On time -Fast, quality work -NO UPSELLS! Had these guys do an estimate a few months back but needed to wait in the work. They gave me 3 different estimates based on what I needed, which wqs great! 8 months later, they honored the quote! They scheduled me for the next day, arrived on time, and did an amazing job! Best of all, they didnt try to upsell me at all! Even better, they even found a way to REDUCE the price! These folks were amazing, did amazing work and actually saved me money. Clearly I would 100%, absolutely recommend and weil use them again if needed.

We cannot say enough good things about the responsiveness of Smooth Waters in addressing problems we have experienced this time and in a previous visit. Neil and Sam were fantastic to work with--5 starts isn't enough! We felt listened to and appreciated being presented with 4 different options to fix our situation and the thorough explanations involved in every step of the process. Communication was excellent during the several hours there dealing with the fix and we feel appreciated as customers. Smooth Waters is our go-to plumbing company and definitely who we recommend to other people.

Neil and Quincy did an outstanding job on an ice maker leak. Quick to respond to my call and they explained what needed to be done and were friendly and thorough with their work. Tyler with Smooth Waters helped with a plumbing issue a few months ago and was very helpful and efficient. I am very impressed with the services provided by this company.
