Viktor was incredible. Fast, efficient, friendly, timely. Respnsive. He took apart my lg dryer in seconds and replaced almost everything electronic in minutes. He was in and out of my house in under an hour. This was after LGs repairman from LG stunk and couldn’t do a thing to fix the problem. Viktor was competent and skilled. Amazing work.

SMV was 110% professional fixing my LG refrigerator. They even came all the way from Brooklyn to Connecticut to do the job. This was an out-of-warranty, flat-rate LG repair (about $458 with tax), and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Marina set up my appointment.
