SO AZ Gutter Guys

I keep seeing good reviews for Jerl and his crew, unfortunately we had Dennis. Dennis is rude has no customer service skills. We had appointment to replace our gutters on Friday 4/11. My husband called in the morning to find out when they would be out and they said they have a couple of jobs ahead of you so it will be after that. At 12:30 my husband texted a number for Dennis a couple times and got no reply. At 2:30pm he tried to call Dennis/the office and just voice mail. At 3:15pm Dennis calls says won’t be out today (the machine broke). He never apologized for not being able to make it or never giving any updates about his eta. We had SO. AZ Gutter Guys remove our old gutters from our house and install new gutters on both the house and our barn. Jerl provided expert advice and recommended a color I wouldn't have considered, but it was absolutely the right choice. The crew of Brandyn and David were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They stayed later than planned to make sure the job was done properly and cleaned up everything before they left. They returned to add another downspout they felt was needed for proper drainage. All in all, it was a great experience with a great team. Highly recommended!!!

Jerl Morgan and his crew replaced our gutters after the hail storm this year. They were clear about what was needed and quick and efficient with the installation. Since they had their tall ladder here they helped us with another type of installation on an exterior wall of the house. Professional, easy to deal with, reasonable price. We highly recommend them!
