Contacted for repair of HVAC provided details of history of problems. Their Honewell expert arrived. He as very arrogant but technically knowledgeable. Spent much time verifying known issues. Photographed everything. Fixed 2 problems. Then provided an estimate to repair and correct ducting. Showed the estimate at $2,750. Promised to email on the spot with payment for the visit. 3 days later, received an email with a new estimate at fixed price over $3,000 and would explain or justify the increase. The quote also claimed issues not true. Also did bait and switch offered a quote to totally replace the entire system.

When looking for a HVAC company the choices are endless and it can be hard to decide who to choose. Before coming across So Cal Plumbing Heating & AC we had hired 3 separate local HVAC companies and none of them could successfully fix out air flow issues. So Cal luckily came to our rescue. Not only did they come out the same day we called for an estimate, they trouble shoot to find out issue, they determined the issue and had our system fixed that same day! Their services were priced higher than the 3 other companies and we were glad to pay a little more to have the issue resolved! We contacted So Cal Plumbing heating AC From the moment we contacted them about our AC issue they gave us the comfort of knowing that they have someone that can come out same day. We were completely in shock. The office staff was knowledgeable friendly and truly cares about resolving our AC problem. Great service! From the moment I requested a tech to the final steps. Complete professionalism, timely (same day appt & response) friendly & knowledgeable technician who didn’t mind explaining to me all the steps to fix my heater. He laid out all the options and he was able to pick up a part for my old heater and return to complete the job before the day was over. He was very neat and knowledgeable. Such a fair company. I will absolutely be using them for my AC needs next.

They came to our home to give us an estimate on a new furnace. They were arrogant and not at all professional. The first thing they did was plaster our brand new water heater with their own ridiculous bumper sticker. After an outrageous estimate, we ended up going with another company who was much more professional and considerably more reasonable. Shop around people!
