Rude, unprofessional, and childish. SOC Oil gets smart over the phone and hangs up on you the moment you ask for a manager. No accountability, no respect, and zero customer service skills. If you enjoy being dismissed and disrespected, this is the company for you. Otherwise, stay far away.

Rebecca who deals with the phone in my opinion has an attitude problem. I don’t see how I call one time at 1:30 which to her is pretty late in the day. I mean I guess but then I call back20 mins later and now they don’t know if they can come out today. That’s just crazy to me when you just said they will be working into the night. The guy on call I spoke to was very nice. Then says I have every single line ring you’ll have to call me back bye. I will be switching company’s now do to the service that I just received I’m literally just trying to get propane since Friday. I have to two kids and it’s literally just getting colder out.

Victory 164.6 gallons today! LIHEAP finally helped me! Awesome customer service from a local Dauphin County Pennsylvania oil company! Awesome Oil Delivery Driver. He was awesome! This is a reward of standing up for myself, never giving up and being a good self advocate. I been dealing with this situation since October! This truck holds approximately 2700 Gallons as per the driver . It's their busy season. Could you imagine having a truck full of oil in your back Garden?

I’m so happy I chose SOC to replace my HVAC system. From the first day they came out because I was having issues, I knew they were the right company. My service guys were great! They explained everything to make I understood the process. I’ll def be sure to use them again for maintenance on my new unit.
