We love the output of the gate that Ray did! Thankful that he is very detailed and made sure that it's running smoothly before leaving. Communicates well and he gives you update from time to time. this place is fantastic! Ray does a great job at communicating and explaining the process. I asked to have a new gate opener put in and he made sure it was truly what i needed and no up selling - just what I really need. The gate was installed perfectly (it has bee hard to find anyone, let alone a great installer) I will be keeping them in mind when i look for a new gate as well. About two years after my gate was first installed, the closer bracket stopped working correctly. Ray returned and replaced the bracket at no charge! He also noticed the hamper was damaged, and within a few days, he removed, rewelded, and repainted that part of the gate. I was beyond impressed with the prompt service and Ray's willingness to follow up even after a year. Customer service is always appreciated, and Socal Gates certainly provided it!
