Great communication, excellent persistent service. I had a difficult situation for a locksmith to solve - 2015 Nissan Leaf with all keys lost. His basic software didn't allow him to program a replacement so he came back with upgraded keys and software and stuck with it through three visits until he finally achieved the objective. Didn't charge a dime extra for the additional visits and was great at explaining what was going on and generally just a pleasure to do business with. A good person you can feel good about doing business with.

Highly recommend Ron!! My friends and I were locked out of the car at 1am, and he responded swiftly. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, and he even informed us of the usual prices past midnight, and we realized we almost accepted an overpriced service from another locksmith!!! He brought the cutest pom with him and unlocked the car within 20 minutes. Price was very reasonable too!

Outstanding service. Professional, knowledgeable. Ron responded promptly and had all locks and doors functioning perfectly, rekeyed to original keys to match rest of house. Needed a new key for my car and was provided with prompt and high quality service. My car was particularly challenging with my ignition not matching the car doors and trunk due to 2 decades of wear and tear. Ron spent many hours making the perfect key that would work with my vehicle, not stopping until everything worked perfectly. If you want a job done right, these are the folks to call.
