We had a great experience working with CJ and Usvaldo's crew to renovate our backyard. The entire process was smooth, from estimation to project completion. The cost was very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. The communication throughout the project was prompt. We already had our patio and gazebo in place when the reno project started. The construction team (Usvaldo's crew) was careful working around our existing infrastructure. Now we have a beautiful and functional backyard to enjoy just before the summer starts. I first called CJ to get more information on turning our old dusty turf bocci ball court into a new/fresh/clean 4 hole putting green. He came out and walked me through all of the options, and gave me his professional opinion on what he thought would be best for the space. After about a week I had decided to do it! Our main reason for wanting to update the bocci ball court was because we were going to be listing our home for sale. His team came out within a few days and they listened to everything we wanted (a 4-cup putting green with thoughtfully sculpted tiers, subtle breaks, flowing contours and true-rolling slopes that reward touch and precision). The crew is very friendly, professional, and hard working. They're attentive to details, clean up every day, arrive on time, and go above and beyond to serve you and answer any questions. Very likeable dudes! They completed a frontyard makeover with synthetic turf, decorative rock, stepping stones, irrigation lines, drain line, split fencing move, paver tree ring, and demo of a tree and unwanted bushes. They worked hard to finish a day early. About average in pricing and bit longer project timeline, but worth it in terms of quality and service.
