SoCal Water Heating Specialist has been there for me with all my water heater needs. I have needed them for warranty services and after hour services. They are knowledgeable and efficient. The office staff are knowledgeable, provided me with the customer service that I needed. I will only use SoCal Water Heating Specialist for all my water heater needs.

Pilot light wouldn't stay lit on water heater. Had Whirlpool send out parts because had 6 months left on 12 year warranty. Chris the tech determined that it just needed cleaning but installed new parts anyway and now my water heater should last another 12 years. Terrific job guys. Thank You so much.

The guys came out almost immediately for my hot water heater making a loud humming. They were very friendly and explained the diagnosis, fixed it 100% and even did some extra checks to ensure our water & gas pressures were good. It doesn't make a peep now. Will definitely keep in mind for future plumbing work. Thank you again!!
