SoCo Quick Clean

Hopefully writing this will save someone else’s time and sanity. Beware of Jeff at Soco quick Cleaning, Trinidad, CO I had the absolute worst experience with Jeff from Soco quick Cleaning. He showed up quickly to give me what he called a free estimate but then charged me $95 for it. I made the mistake of trusting him and paid $1,500 down for mold remediation, sanitation, and trimming of a large rubber tree. We had an agreement that he would come on Sunday. My tenants were told he would be working. He showed up, trimmed the tree, and then left my building completely trashed. He used the excuse that he thought the building would be empty on Sunday. All I can say is Jeff the owner did wonders on our rugs and where our drains overflowed , what a mess ! But his promise on price and work was true. blue he knew I had limited funds after the plumber got to me but he kicked butt and totally worked with me on the cost , Thanks Jeff your a God send and I will forever appreciate your hard work ,God Bless !!!!

What a pleasure to work with a company that has good communication, punctual, and very pleasant! They cleaned carpets in two family cabins and did a great job. Stains gone! I will definitely be calling them again when needed!

Our hot water tank failed while we were out of town. A huge amount of water went down into the crawl space. We called Soco to check for mold and remove debris, etc. They came the next day and began working. Also had them check a rental unit where a water pipe had come apart in that crawl space. They were able to work on both places and completed water and mold mitigation effectively. Such a professional, kind couple who work diligently to provide great service. We are so pleased to highly recommend them.

So thankful I called them to help with a stain my children decided to rub chilie on our carpet. She came over very fast and the stain is completely gone ... highly recommended
