It pains me to write this review because I had given Joe Ross and Trinidad Appliance Repair a substantial amount of business working on both my washer and dryer ... but then my microwave went out and everything fell apart. Since we relied extensively on our microwave, we decided to buy a new one the same day because we could not be without one. Because we wanted to to match our General Electric package (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher) we immediately ran up to Home Depot to buy one that matched our appliance package, but we did not like it nearly as much as our original one so we decided to drop it off to Joe at Trinidad Appliance to have it repaired, and once repair, we were going to switch out the new one for the one that Joe was repairing. Our original m/w had much larger

I called in the morning and Joe was at our house in the afternoon to fix our dishwasher and accomplished it. Very professional, courteous, and patient. Thank you for such a quick response. My backuo dishwasher disappeared during the breakdown.
