He was awesome. I’d recommend him to anyone. He responded to my text very quickly And made an appointment to come look at the house. I explained some problems we were having that were causing structural damage And he climbed up to take a look at it. He explained to me, and showed me, where the builders had taken shortcuts that allowed for significant leakage at the corners, and told me how he would Construction, the corners and guarantee no leakage. He also recommended that I install gutters that were one Inch wider and taller than standard gutters and gave me a price that was barely above that of the standard gutters. I have to tell you... most subcontractors just do the bare minimum to finish a job, and do not fix things that you can't see. Kevin Fuentes did just the opposite! He explained the reason why I had to keep fixing my soffits and roof every time we had a storm blow through, was because past workers used inferior materials, and were lazy (and dishonest) in the repairs. Kevin explained that using smooth NAILS on corners, roofs, and soffits, on my roof which are constantly expanding and contracting because of being exposed to to the elements––will just work themselves out and the roof and corners just fall apart after a year or two. Kevin used 4" - 6" SCREWS to repair my soffit. He also showed me that former contractors had actually put nails in that didn't even go anywhere -- just into the air!
