Above and beyond every time we need something. Customer service is second to none. We manage commercial buildings and vacation rentals: Jacques and his team go out of their way to make sure our appliances stay running or find replacements when needed. Lucky to have this shop and these great people in our small town!

I do not usually give the highest score in reviewing service because it seems so reflexive, but Jacques and his team deserve 5 stars. What a great community establishment. Great products, service and it is so awesome to buy local. Jacques is a so pleasant and community oriented.

The guys at the Solano's appliance center have consistently gone above and beyond for us. Everyone is friendly, kind, knowledgable, and driven to provide incredible service. We had a freezer go down on a Wednesday @ 7:30AM and had a replacement delivered and installed y 9:30AM. It's hard to find exceptional service like this! Thank you!
