Where do I begin.... the first red flag was his condescending tone on the phone. He seemed irritated. I sent pictures of the very heavy furniture and he gave me a very good bid. I accepted. Then when he showed up, it was the neverending complaining and downright rudeness that was offputting. I was helping my neighbor get out of a difficult situation and his demeanor just added to the already stress of the situation coupled with a move. Was the price right? YES. Did I get the attitude for free? I guess so. Would recommend for the price, but if you want courteous service, then move on. My issue is, if you didn't want to do the job, then don't make and accept an offer. He did have a very nice young man helping who was very polite and respectful.

Does not live up to his word…….be weary of shady negotiations that happen. What started with a great deal, fair price, comparable to larger moving services and the opportunity to support a local business…..turned into a horrible price and nothing resembling the original quote and agreement. The owner’s condescending demeanor and attitude is not trustworthy and just downright rude.

Moving can be stressful so I contacted Ken who was so helpful with our move to the Sacramento valley last month as we were stretched for time to move out. His team packed everything on Wednesday, moved everything out on Thursday and had our entire household belongings delivered on Friday. His team were responsible, respectful and very professional.
