Just plain horrible. Counter purchased through Lowe’s and now requires some adjustments. Phone is no longer in service. I should have known from the beginning that this company was not to be trusted. Made repeated calls to get an estimated installation date and never got a return call. They are probably out of business. Let’s hope Lowe’s will step up to the plate on this one.

Been almost 3 weeks since they have come up to Template my kitchen, have not heard anything back from them, no call no email. called Lowes numerous times and they cant get a response either. Company is a scam! Lowes should use someone else. Once they came to install the counters they changed everything I ordered and paid for, to make it easier on themselves (simple cuts) and blamed it on my husband who was at the templating. When they called to discussed I told them it was done incorrectly and the women told me "its not her fault my husband and I don't communicate" little does she know had discussed that day and yesterday. Beyond rude. Informing Lowes that they should find another company to install their countertops. Worst Experience ever! Scam artists! Don't order through them! Check wit

I ordered the countertop through Lowe's, they contracted through this company. DO NOT go through this company. Getting someone to answer the phones or call back is a night mare. They are not even updating customers on the status of their orders or give an actual time frame of when it will get done. Tried calling this week and their machines says 'we are on our annual shut down' WEEKS backed up and they cannot fulfill orders or give customers an update before leaving.

Great installation, friendly people. This takes time and will not get done in a week. I was told by Lowe's 1 week after counters were installed the template would get made by Solid Creations and installation would be 2-3 weeks after. It was all done on time and looks great!
