My best friend spent good money on granite countertops, to be thoroughly unhappy with this place. She didn't get a whole, seamless piece. They spliced it and the seam is very noticeable.They pulled the cabinets away from the wall and didn't put them back. I feel like they don't know what they are doing. Not happy. I don't recommend them.

Unethical. Bought a kitchen countertop. Specifically asked that a large dark splotch in the granite be avoided and was assured it would be, because I was only using 2/3 of the slab. They built the countertop with the splotch highly visible. That way he could sell the unblemished remainder of the slab as a remnant to someone else. I complained about it and he told me that granite has flaws and it should be expected. Basically that customers who pay him thousands of dollars should simply accept whatever he provides without having any say in the matter. I didn't expect a refund, but a simple apology might have been nice. Nothing though. An arrogant owner with poor communication skills. Look elsewhere for someone who is more customer focused.
