We are so grateful for being able to work with Carol, Mike, Joel, and Jason. Our planned upgrade of bathroom plumbing ended up being an upgrade of all the countertops, including kitchen island! Solid Rock ROCKS! Owners , Carol and Mike, were a pleasure to work with. Carol in the office, made this stressful task a breeze. She coached us through the process in a no pressure manner. We worked with Solid Rock to acquire a Quartz countertop for a kitchen remodel. The counsel provided was superior to and more concise than all the information on the internet. All of the staff is incredibly personable, and special mention must be given to Carol Ezell and her superb interest and knowledge. This extra effort paid dividends when coupled with cost (considerably less than suggested online) and high product quality and rapid installation. Acquisition was extremely quick with careful planning and measuring that minimized disruption and kept the project on schedule. Solid Rock worked well with other contractors -- the mutual respect was heartening -- and overall experience outstanding.
