Solid Surface installed a new kitchen sink for us, which required cutting out existing quartz countertop. We could not have been happier with the installer, who was quick, careful, and meticulous down to the clean up. Throughout the process, the customer service and responsiveness were excellent. We had a wonderful experience working with SolidSurface design. They had a lot of material to choose from which made it easier to find what we wanted. Melissa was very personable and always responded in a timely manner. She worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. Domenic, who did the measurements for our countertops, was personable and precise with all the measurements - he even showed my curious son the tools he was using to measure for the new countertops. The men that did the installation were professional and thorough. We love our new quartz countertops from SolidSurface!

My first interaction with SSD was very positive, the person was extremely knowledgeable and kind; that was my only positive experience. Seems to be allot of turnover there, you never deal with the same person you did prior, no one returns your calls, or quote requests, or questions regarding a quote. Seems like they only want to do large / high dollar jobs.
