Absolutely solid! Some friends of mine recommended Soltman H&C to me when my furnace stopped working. Brian came out right away, diagnosed the issue and talked through options. Because the part was likely under warranty (by a brand Soltman does not carry), he suggested going through the company that had installed it to save money. So I tried that, and had a very negative experience with the OTHER company (who also would not honor the ten year parts warranty for a furnace they had sold and installed six years ago - but hey, they did offer to sell me a "service membership" for $250 that would then supposedly get me a "discount" on whatever work they did, which was going to all be out of pocket and not under any warranty). 🤦‍♀️ I called Soltman again, and Brian had the part ordered, received

Professional, prompt and no BS. They replaced my furnace at the lowest cost after looking at 4 quotes. No high pressure sale tactics or selling me stuff I didn’t need. No wonder the prior owner had them install the furnace I just replaced 30 years ago. Before and After picture shown.

We called them to come fix our boiler and they came out same day. Fixed the problem quickly and had very reasonable pricing. Also stood by their fix and said if we had further issues they would come back out again. Same guy came to repair our boiler that put it in 12 years ago before we bought the home. Great company.

Soltman did a good job installing an AC unit and ductwork throughout our historic home in spring of 2020. We also used them for maintenance of our old boiler but changed companies because we wanted a second opinion on some of the maintenance/repairs they were charging us for. This past spring, we turned our fairly new AC unit on and it was blowing out air that was not cool. We called Soltman because we had a warranty from the installation. They diagnosed the problem as a rare faulty valve and we paid $700 for the labor to replace a part that was covered under warranty. When we went to turn the AC unit on a few days after the repair, it was still blowing out air that was not cold.
