Was recommended to come here for ceramic faucet cartridges. First employee that helped me Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he found exactly what was needed. However Eric decided to takeover and recommended different cartridges that were double the price, the WRONG ones, and needed to be ordered. Turned a simple problem into a headache. I hope your retirement is unpleasant Eric!

The team at Universal is always very helpful. This time they were able to identify what part I needed for my toilet from the video that I took.

I went into Universal Plumbing to purchase a wall-mount faucet. The salesperson was not helpful in the least bit. In fact, I felt like I was a bother to him. Rather than offering consultative service and assistance for what I needed which was a specific spout reach, he was an order taker and did not offer further assistance in what I was looking for. I then contacted them with install questions, and the man on the phone told me off and lectured me on how he will not spend his time helping me. Not only did he not get my order, but he will not get any referral business either! Terrible professionalism and service. If they could get the service aspect right, maybe more people would buy local from them.

I was overwhelmed trying to select a faucet based on price, finish, quality and function, I reached out to Jack in the showroom area and he came to the rescue with his first recommendation! A beautiful Gerber kitchen faucet. These guys know their stuff. Love this place!
