Angel and his crew were AMAZING! They came Friday before the big snow storm. I forgot they were coming, it had been such a busy week, I was sleeping when they arrived, hadn't moved the cars out of the driveway like I said I was going to and forgot to clear the snow off the front steps. His guys were so patient with me and even cleared the snow off the front steps. They put plastic and drop cloths all over the place, Angel assured me they would clean up all their mess-- And they absolutely did just that! You wouldn't have known there was a 5 person crew in my house with insulation and materials all over the hall and a hose coming through the bedroom window to get into the attic. The finished the attic and garage ceiling, patched up the drywall from where they had to make the cuts to fill

Unprofessional. 30 min late for an appointment no word of apology. Chunk of insulations from the attic left behind on the floor and left. Went to the car while still in the driveway and brought it up. Was given the attitude 'it's not our problem'. One of the just walked into the bathroom and used it without asking... I do not want to see the quality of their work! I gave it one star because there is no option of giving none.

Seriously, I *think* they did an OK job on the Energy Assessment, but they appeared to be in such a big hurry to leave they didn’t go over all the information as they should have. They did a test ( forget the name) where they put a plastic thing over the door and blew air, but nowhere is it noted the outcome in the paperwork. Never gave me a final number for my overall energy number. Took over 2 weeks to give a quiet, and then it was lacking information. When I asked about that to their office, said they would have technician call- he attempted to answer a few days later via email- so I had NO recourse to ask follow up questions. So no, I do NOT recommend at all and I shall let CT Energy program know about this. I am very disappointed

Highly recommend! Fred and his crew were very professional, thorough, transparent about the work completed. They coordinated with an electrician to install can lights with the project. They treated our house with respect and care. Very fair pricing. Even quickly added on another gutter project we needed completed within the week. Very happy with the services provided!

Fred and his crew were great. They were all polite and kept me informed of everything going on while they were there. There was a huge difference just the 1st day the began insulating. I would recommend These guys to anyone.
