Anne was such a great help and super knowledgeable on how I could remedy the pest issues I was dealing with! She also showed me a bunch of new amazing bands to listen to! Hands down best customer service I’ve ever received! This girl needs a raise and a fat bonus!

Giving this place 2 stars because the woman up front was very knowledgeable and helpful when I went last week. However, I would advise anyone coming to purchase here that prices and items vary per person. They do not honor their online prices in the store. The online price was $99 and the product was sold to me for $140 in store because according to the gentlemen at the counter from today, “they need to pay rent”. Just the worst thing to tell a customer for a company basically price gauging. They then refused to sell the same product to my partner today, claiming they didn’t “carry it” but I had just purchased the same item Friday afternoon. Seems like they play favorites with their customers and decide what to charge you on the spot. Buyer beware.

Good pricing on item I purchased which included free shipping. Their shipping was a little slower than originally stated on confirmation. I have deducted one star for charging my credit card right away but not shipping until a couple days later. Most companies bill and ship the same day but it all worked out. I would definitely try them again.

I have used this small, family-owned company twice now and have been extremely pleased with both transactions. Their prices for the herbicides I regularly use are very competitive and shipping times are quick and efficient, both times arriving earlier than the scheduled target date. I receive emails from them after ordering letting me know the status of the order and to please email or call if there are any issues at all...the kind of customer service I appreciate. Thankfully I have had no issues requiring any type of fix...I very much plan to use this company on a regular basis for the foreseeable future.

This was my first experience with the company. I purchased typhoon 2 backpack sprayer online. My order was processed and shipped the same day which was outstanding. The shipping was fast and arrived before expected. I highly recommend them and will be using them for many purchases in the future.
