Sonesta iParkit Garage

They lost my ticket couldn't find my car waited along time while everyone else was getting there car. Following day noticed multiple scratches on the back wheel passenger side fender tried to call no answer. It's a brand new car only hade it for 3 months, highly recommend not to park here they all seem lost.

Staff is very unprofessional, management is even worse. The hotel offers unlimited, “hassle free” entry and exit while the staff is not equipped for that. I needed my car pulled out to grab my shoes I had forgotten. The staff insisted on going through my belongings to find the shoes rather than bringing the car down. Please explain why I would feel comfortable with a complete stranger going through my personal belongings. In addition, the manager came out to explain his staff is stressed out and did not offer an apology. Meanwhile the staff is congregated in the office (atleast 5 employees) lounging and relaxing, yelling “yo” at customers. They finally bring down the car and park it in the back. I gave them my car for weekend while I stayed at the Sonesta. 6-16-2023 to 6-18-2023. When I got my car back, it was in a different driving mode than I had set it to. It was set to a faster mode. Additionally, the car feels different to drive, bumpy, and vibrations in the steering wheel. I believe the staff went for a joy ride. I called them and no one picks up.

They hit my car. I was waved up to get in line by one of the valets, I pulled up behind another car and put it in park. I was then hit from the front as one of their valets backed their car into mine. They rushed up and tried to get me back into my car as I was getting out to assess the damage. They said "No damage, don't worry" and tried to get me back in my car. MEANWHILE my bumper was now hanging off the drivers side as they impact had sheered a number of the clips off that side. They then argued with me, literally trying to say they caused no damage. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor (he wasn't there, of course) and then tried to ignore the problem. I have to give a 1 star review. The employees are shady and unprofessional. The upper management we have worked with on the phone was able to resolve the issue and we are actively working with their team - that said, the employees in the parking garage are not capable employees and provide poor customer service.
