If you want access to your property while these guys are working nearby at someone else’s home, you’ll have to call the police to get into your driveway. Laughter and refusal are the approach to handling “you aren’t allowed to park here.” PS - words from the owner as he wasn’t enjoying being held accountable: “I hate people in Portland.” Cheers to bad business!

Came home and found the 2 trucks and equipment were blocking half of my access to enter my driveway and then parked in my grass on my property!! Not acceptable since they were not working for us. At no point was it disclosed to us on why they were on our property to include the locates!!!

Sonicom was doing routine work on my property. Shortly after it was discovered they mistakenly damaged my Water Well. PJ the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He sent out inspectors and met with me in person. Although no one plans on it, mistakes happen. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Sonicom for the superior customer service!

Please have your employees abide by community SPEED LIMITS that are 10 MPH!!! Save the speeding for the highways!
