I honestly didn’t know what I was doing, and we couldn’t afford to hire a plumber, so I was really hoping someone could help. They didn’t just point me to an aisle — they helped me figure out every single part I needed for the job and made sure it all made sense. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They completely saved the day for me. I’ll never go to another plumbing supply store again.
