Sorensen Moving & Storage

I was very disappointed by this moving company. The rep had told me I could leave everything in my dresser and sewing cabinets. When the movers came, they dumped everything into boxes, not all of which were marked correctly. By doing this, Iwas charged extra for boxes and packing tape that wasn't needed. My very expensive sewing machines were left on their side, then I find out that my large screen TV was damaged. You can actually see someone's foot prints on it. These TVs are not supposed to be laid down so how did the footprints get on it. The rep had said someone would contact me but so far that has not happened. With all that, I cannot recommend this company.

Moved from upstate NY to Melbourne . Sorensen was the company contracted by Mayflower to complete the move . The guys that were assigned to make the final delivery were true professionals. They did a great job But I wanted to give a shout out to Amber Baldwin ( customer service manager) who was extremely helpful to me during the final days of the move . She stayed in touch with me and was always available when needed She is a real asset to your company Thank you Amber

Sorenson Moving and Storage is the best moving company! I’ve moved many times in my life but my recent move by Sorensen was by far the best and easiest. They were punctual, professional, very careful with my household, and always had a smile when talking to them. Thank you to Walter, Jules and Christopher for being the best movers!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company after they have failed to compensate us for the damage to our furniture worth thousands of dollars. They send two laborers for a four-person job. The overworked movers get tired and start to make careless mistakes. It's disappointing that this locally owned franchise of Mayflower treats people in their community with such disregard. Sorensen Moving & Storage is not a good neighbor. They charge white glove prices for subpar service.
