I needed the regulator to my house repaired ASAP as I was getting NO gas to the house. Sorrels Plumbing came out right away and got to work. They kept me informed with everything they were doing as the job was getting done. Lloyd and his team were quick, professional, polite and very reasonably priced!!! 11/24/19 Our water heater went out Friday. We went to lowes and they said it could be up to 2 weeks before it could get fixed. My husband called sorrels and a tech was at our house within the hour. And he replaced our hot water heater. Same day service on a Saturday! Such friendly service, and a check up call to see how the hot water was working this morning. We'd definitely use them again.
