Hired SOS to do some mold remediation. In the beginning, they communicated very well, answered all my questions, and were accommodating to my schedule. The crew on site were very professional as well. However, we did have some unfortunate breakdown in communication with the project coordinator and her supervisor. When the site crew started demoing the walls, they reported to their supervisors that there could be more mold than we initially thought.
