Was robbed by this company. Put in a claim with American Water Resources and was told the issue was not covered. Asked to pay 400 to do the service. Then the guy said he will take 200. Paid 150 and the problem returned the next week. Called back American Water Resources and the ticket was sent to another plumber and nothing was mentioned about it not being covered. I will be complaining to the warranty company regarding this. Thieves.
