Souhegan Septic Tank Services LLC

We've been using Souhegan for the past 7 years and have never had any issues. They are professional and friendly. The workers always answer any questions we may have. The options for septic service are limited, but I have no reservations recommending Souhegan.

Thank you to Souhegan and the outstanding, fast server by Alex. Had issues that nobody wants to deal with, especially on a Sunday afternoon. Very knowledgeable staff (Lynn) took my call and had a driver out within an hour. Outstanding customer server, knowledge and quality. Alex was pleasant to talk to and help diagnose further issues. Thanks for a great job. Should also mention that I had scheduled pump later in the week with a bigger company (WR) but they couldn't help over the weekend and were going to charge twice as much. So glad that Lynn/Alex and Souhegan were ready and willing to help out.

Colton from Souhegan Septic Tank Services was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. He answered all are questions and concerns with knowledge and politeness. We are new to owning a septic system and everyone at Souhegan Septic were patient and knowledgeable when answering our questions. Would highly recommend.

The secretaries who I spoke with were lovely and able to get us fit in quickly. I was home with my three kids, and I spoke with him about the paper we are currently using, and he mentioned it wasn't breaking down well. I mentioned how I liked the paper, and he told me to "get a job, honey." I absolutely cannot believe, in this day and age, that someone, who does not know me, or know that I'm a public servant who works 60+ hour weeks, would utter such trash. I really like the company, but I'm less than thrilled about the driver.

We found Souhegan when we moved to town 5 years ago and would not use anyone else. They are thorough and helpful, all with politeness and experience! What a great family owned business! Thank you Lynn, Jack and crew!
