Sorry I was not at that building but I'm from Pennsylvania I was a meat cutter over 30 years and from what I can tell down here the quality of meats are terrible they use select beef in place of Angus and choice which select beef is a lesser quality and you can tell the quality of pork is not bad and quality of the chicken is not bad I love to find some place that sells good quality meat
