This company has been contracted by our HOA for a while now. At first they were great and then quickly started letting things slip. Ive continuously had to beg for them to maintain the wood line (which is currently unmaintained about 2-3ft into my living space) and to stay on top of the weeds. Our contract states that they are to maintain all bushes and trees under 6ft and they have not once touched the bushes in my yard. The contract also states that they are supposed to be spraying for weeds as needed (which as you can see from the photos has been desperately needed for a while). Contract states that they are supposed to be removing debris from the property which also does not happen. They dont pick up the twigs and branches that fall off the trees and typically won't mow or weed within
