South Cooling LLC

I'm giving South Cooling 5-⭐'s because they have been very helpful when I needed a new unit for my apartment. My old air conditioner was more than 20 years old and had stopped working. I contacted FPL Stress Free program and I was referred to South Cooling who wasted no time getting a new Goodman unit installed and working right away! It's no fun having no air in SoFLA. Also, they've done a great (so far) coming out every year for yearly maintenance. Mabel and the customer service team (don't know all of their names) are very kind and have been very helpful!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank South Cooling LLC enough for their fast and excellent service! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They installed a brand new unit both inside and outside of my home, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The work was done quickly without cutting any corners, and the quality speaks for itself—everything is running perfectly. They even elevated the concrete where the outside unit goes to protect it from the weed-eater from hitting it and cause future damage. The office staff was excellent, I was helped by Nina, who is very sweet, while being efficient and professional. South Cooling was quick to respond, and they scheduled me for today, which I was grateful for! 18 degrees outside with high wind and no heat isn’t fun. My service tech was the best! He was very friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable and he quickly diagnosed the problem. I’m hoping he is the tech who will repair the incorrect breaker amp issue, because he’s truly the best.

The communication with South Cooling LLC was so spot on. A courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable service tech arrived, keeping us well informed of several issues that he was able to take care of and repair having the parts on his mobile unit. I was very impressed with his cleanliness, politeness, and professional manner. The office staff is phenomenal, handling the issues and listening to the problems at the start of service. Nina did a great follow-up while getting the proper paperwork needed in advance. We would call them back anytime if we ever have a problem with our system in the future.
