I wish I could rate this lower than one star. I had been given this company's information by a manufacturer of a refrigerator unit, highly recommended this company and said that they will often work with you even if you're farther away. I went ahead and contacted them on a Friday, they said absolutely no problem willing to send somebody out on Monday... Tuesday I call again no problem will send somebody right out , Wednesday I call I'm NOT sure that we're gonna be able to serve as your unit since it's so far. I explained that I'm losing product, this is a commercial unit in a business. They said absolutely no problem would have somebody there before the end of business on Friday, they're going to Troy anyway and it's just up the road. Such a wonderful, family oriented business to deal with, Stephanie and her co-workers are helpful, informed and always ready to answer questions you have. I appreciate the time they sat explaining things to me. They even made a longer drive to help me out! Thanks SDR! Highly recommended!
